Hello, my name is Serena Nixon and I am 16 years old. I enjoy listening to music, sewing, and painting when I get the chance. I am in the eleventh grade at Fort Lauderdale High School. After I graduate high school, I plan on attending college and going to medical school to become a dermatologist. My other goals are to open my own office and start my own skincare line of products. Now enough talk about me. Let's talk about why I wanted to take this course in the first place. For as long as I can remember, I have always been interested in all aspects of media. Whether it be how ideas were brought into fruition or how it is executed, I always found myself to be fascinated by it. Every time I watch a movie or TV show, I am constantly thinking about how scenes are edited and why particular songs were chosen to go with those scenes.
